The client has chosen the duration of the contest at the start. When the contest ends, the client receives a notification that describes how and within what period the client can select a winner. The client can make a final request for adjustment or personalization at this stage.
The winning designer then receives an e-mail containing the instructions to transfer the winning files to the client. The designer does this by uploading the files, after any minor adjustments, through a link that Brandsupply sends.
The client then receives an automatic request to check the files. If he approves the files, the designer will receive a message and the prize money will be transferred. If the client does not immediately approve the files, then the designer receives the request to make final changes and to upload them again.
Thanks to this automated process, we as Brandsupply can control the transfer of files, payments and copyright.
The client has the possibility to extend the contest by one week, or to close the contest without a winner (if the contest is not guaranteed).
