Sometimes it happens that your server sends our e-mails directly to your spam folder.
To solve this problem and to avoid missing out on important e-mails, you should whitelist our domain:
G-mail Go to settings > choose 'filters and blocked addresses' > create a new filter > enter our domain @brandsupply.com (or .nl etc...) in 'from: ...'> select that e-mails from this sender do not end up in the spam folder.
The filter only works from the moment you set the filter and thus does not cover e-mails that have already been sent.
Outlook Go to settings > select options > click on spam / junk email > click Safe Senders. Here you can enter our domain @brandsupply.com(or .nl etc...) and click on add. Finally, click on save and you're done.
Also check the blocked addresses: settings > options > junk > blocked addresses
Yahoo Go to options > choose 'mail options' > click on 'filters' > and 'add'. Enter @brandsupply.nl (or .nl etc...) as the sender and choose 'inbox' as the folder where these e-mails should go to.
If you use another domain, please search for instructions online.
